Back Up What You Say 

Think about what is making you uncomfortable. Then identify a boundary you would like. Communicate that boundary to the necessary people and explain what will happen if that boundary isn’t respected. Then make sure to follow through with actions if the boundary is violated. If people don’t respect your boundaries then you should evaluate if they even respect you. If not, try to find people to be with that respect you and your boundaries.
